Raw Cows Milk                                                                                                                               A cow share is a one time fee of $50/ per share (refundable when you stop getting milk).Boarding Fees are $30/ per month, per share. A share entitles you to one gallon of milk a week.

Raw Goats milk Please contact Sharon at www.naturalchoicedairy.com to set up your shares. It can be delivered here for your pick up/ delivery.

Raw goat milk kefir and cheese- Homemade goat milk kefir for $6.25/Qt. Goat milk feta cheese for $6.25 container and spreadable Goat cheese (herb) $5.25/ container.

Cream                                                                                                                                   Fresh cream is almost always available. $16/ half gallon, $8/ quart, $4/ pint

Sour cream $4/ tub

Cream fraiche $4/ tub (1/2 lb)

Ice cream- $7 a quart. Made with raw sugar or honey, all organic ingredients, made with our milk and eggs.

Eggs
We offer eggs at $2.50/ dozen. The chickens are pastured and fed wheatgrass with occasional leftover milk and whey. No commercial feed or soy products are used. 

Beef- We do not have a steady supplier of meat. We only offer what we raise here. It is available when ready by the 1/4, 1/2 or whole sides. With butchering costs, it equals out to be about 3.50/ lb. We can refer you to some great meat suppliers. For local meats please go to www.nourishingconnections.org

Lamb- All natural, grass fed. Available by the 1/4, 1/2 whole or by the package.

Salmon- Sushi grade, wild caught (in Alaska by one of our customers). Box= 22 lbs/12 fillets for $170. Single fillets available and already priced. It ends up being about $7.50/lb.
  

Cheese                                                                                                                               We have on a regular basis mozzarella, ricotta, sharp and mild cheddar $8/ lb.

Coconut Oil  - available for $20/-1/2 gal, $10-Qt, $5- Pt. (Virgin, expellar expressed, no RBC's and not heated in any way. Bought from www.assuredorganics.com

Whey- This bi-product of milk is used for fermenting or baking. It is $5/ qt.

Honey                                                                                                                            Raw and unfiltered. Pt jars $5.50, Squeezable's $3.50

Buttermilk- cultured, $3 Qt.

Mayonaise- made with grapeseed oil, $12 jar. (Reg., Miracle whip style or stone ground mustard style)
 

Butter                                                                                                                            Made fresh from our raw cream. $10/lb Is available salted  with sea salt or unsalted.

Yogurt                                                                                                                                Plain $4/ Qt. or Fruit at the bottom is $6/ Qt.- made with all organic fruit and sweetend with raw, unfiltered honey
